Black Desert Online Rolls Out Big Updates On PC, Consoles, And Mobile
It’s another content-filled week for all Black Desert Online versions as the PC, console, and mobile versions each get their own big updates.
The new desert-themed Ulukita hunting ground is now open for business on PC, offering challenging new enemies for players to hunt for a chance to obtain new high-level gear. The new hunting ground currently features two monster zones with two more to be added in the near future. Ulukita will also be made into a lawless zone in a future update.
In addition to the new monster hunting ground, the PC version also received several class adjustments with particular focus on the Corsair and Berserker classes. Players can also expect updates to several monster placements, items, and the new interface, along with several new events that buff up rewards for the Garmoth and Vell boss fights.
Not to be left out, the console version has also opened up thirteen new monster zones in Marni’s Realm and received its own set of class adjustments along with other gameplay tweaks such as the removal of pet levels and weaker ocean currents. The console summer seasonal server graduation has begun and eligible characters can now claim their well-earned rewards and transfer to the normal servers.
In other BDO console news, Pearl Abyss has announced that the fantasy MMORPG will be pulled from the Xbox Game roster on August 31st, while those on PlayStation will get to enjoy a variety of in-game rewards and events from now until September 6th in addition to a fresh set of rewards for both new and returning players.
Lastly, Black Desert Mobile has unlocked the gates to the Mirage portion of the Great Desert and also introduced its fair share of class tweaks. The Black Spirit’s level cap has also been increased and new in-game celebratory events are now underway ahead of the mobile version’s Heidel Ball digital event which will be streamed live on the Black Desert Mobile YouTube channel on August 26th.
