Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.5: "Astra-nomical Moment" Launching January 22

HoYoverse has announced Version 1.5 of Zenless Zone Zero, titled "Astra-nomical Moment", bringing new characters, gameplay features, and events to the urban fantasy ARPG. Like other HoYoverse titles, Zenless Zone Zero is available for PC, consoles, and mobile devices.

If you haven't played Zenelss Zone Zero since launch, it's worth giving the game another shot as the last update, Version 1.4, was considered an unofficial soft relaunch and included many changes to the game.

Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.5 Includings:

1. New Characters and Abilities:
   • Astra Yao: An S-Rank Ether Agent who provides squad-wide damage bonuses. Astra remains on the battlefield after switching and is the game’s first healing character, capable of restoring HP and damaging enemies with her Ultimate.
   • Evelyn: An S-Rank Fire Attack Agent with Burning Tether Point mechanics and Ultimate attacks that evolve with repeated use.
   • Snap: A new S-Rank Bangboo specializing in capturing combat moments with its camera.
   • Returning Characters: Ellen (S-Rank Ice Attack Agent) and Qingyi (S-Rank Electric Stun Agent).
2. Expanded Gameplay:
   • Endless Tower: The Last Stand: Players ascend 10 floors per phase, each with unique combat effects.
   • Perpetrator Battle: Combat formidable foes using designated Agents, exclusive Gear, and Resonia in Hollow Zero.
   • Mach 25: A new parkour arcade game at Godfinger, allowing players to race vehicles.
   • Bizarre Brigade: Adds a 2-player PvE mode and 7 new Dream Seekers, including characters from Cunning Hares.
3. Special Events:
   • Bangboo Pageant: Participate in "Ridu's Got Boo" to help Eous win the competition and unlock Nicole's new outfit.
   • Elpis Ultimate Angler Championship: Hone fishing skills and earn rewards like an exclusive dynamic wallpaper.
4. Customization and Optimizations:
   • New outfits for Astra, Ellen, and Nicole.
   • Updates to Notorious Hunt, Drive Disc, and W-Engine interfaces.
   • Improved display of dynamic wallpapers and badges.
5. Event Celebrations:
   • Urban Video Game Festival: Includes the debut of Mach 25 and new gameplay for Shiyu Defense and Deadly Assault, rotated throughout Version 1.5.

Storyline Highlights

Astra Yao takes the stage for a grand performance at Starloop in New Eridu, while conspiracies unfold beneath the spotlight. Proxies will assist Astra and Evelyn in overcoming threats in the shadows. Meanwhile, new challenges in Simulated Battle Trial and Hollow Zero await players.
