The Division 2 Starts Season 9 Testing On April Fool’s With A New Game Mode

Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 will finally be getting a major content update in the form of a new game mode when Season 9 kicks off sometime in the next few months or so. Ubisoft says that they can’t confirm a release date for Season 9 just yet “in light of current world events.” They also failed to give any information about the new game mode, but we’ll all find out soon enough as Season 9 hits the PTS tomorrow, April 1st at 2:00am PDT.

For those looking forward to the promised Specializations revamp, prepare to be disappointed as it’s not going to be included in Season 9 as originally planned. The revamp will be coming sometime in Year 4, the details of which will be shared at a later date.
