RuneScape Reopens The Christmas Village Alongside Its Latest Game Jam Campaign
The Christmas Village has reopened its doors as RuneScape s the rest of the MMO community in celebrating the holidays. As part of the event, players will get to enjoy weekly buffs, free daily challenge extensions, and tier 4 luck until January 4.
Meanwhile, the entire development team has gone on their holiday breaks with a promise to return on January 8, but not before they kicked off its latest Game Jam session. These creative sessions give their staff s, or JMods, a week to explore their personal projects and bring community suggestions and other ideas to life.
Some of the projects that are currently in the works include graphical updates to several areas, a recoloring of Master Cape particles, off duty attires, and more. “All Game Jam projects take a significant amount of additional work to implement,” Jagex notes. “Not all Game Jam projects shown may make it into the game, and we can't offer a timeline or guarantees of Game Jam content releases.”

You can also have include the plushie’s design schematics included for an additional $4. All pre-orders are expected to be shipped by March 15, 2024.
