DC Universe Online Delays Episode 45: Shock To The System To Next Week
Just when we thought that Dimensional Ink Games was finally ready to release a new DC Universe Online episode, the studio has gone ahead and delayed Episode 45’s release in the eleventh hour. Episode 45: Shock to the System was supposed to launch yesterday but was postponed to April 20th for unannounced reasons.
“Reset those clocks for next week!” the studio tweeted. “We believe this additional week will help us deliver the best experience possible. Thank you for your patience with the date change!”
To ease the blow of the delay, Dimensional Ink is planning to release character names on inactive s. Players who haven’t logged in over the past year are advised to revisit the superhero MMORPG over the next month or risk losing their character names. Those who fail to do so will have their old characters renamed to make them available for other players to use.
