AdventureQuest 3D Teases New Zone, New Classes, And Player Housing

There’s always something new to see and do in AdventureQuest 3D but developer Artix Entertainment isn’t quite done adding new stuff to the cross-platform fantasy MMORPG. One of the new things that players can look forward to is the opening of the new Forge of Forlorn zone this summer.

“The next segment of the Nulgath Saga: Part 3, which we are calling ‘3B’, takes you deeper into the Oversoul!” Artix reveals. “The Forge of the Forlorn is the first map you will encounter. You learn that this is where the Oblivion Blade was forged and why it is called the Forge of the Forlorn.”

The new zone promises new quests, a new pet, plenty of sentient weapons, and even more grinding. “ that the Nulgath Saga is infamous in Artix Entertainment games for having long grinds for the most powerful items, so be prepared… The grind isn’t over,” said the devs.

Further down the pipeline, players can expect the addition of several highly-requested features, including player housing and expanded guild functionality, as well as four new classes.

“YASSS! It’s happening! The much-desired housing feature will entail a substantial investment in both art assets and back-end development,” revealed the team in a recent dev blog. “AQ3D is in the blueprint stage for housing, but rest assured we are hiring Battleon’s best contractors to take on the job.”
