Tom Clancy's EndWar Online Overview
Tom Clancy's EndWar Online is a strategy game employing RPG elements and tower-defense combat. Choose between three factions: America, Russia, or Europe, and restore order to your homeland. Deploy units in lane-based combat to intercept enemy troops. Rock-paper-scissors combat means every unit is weak against another, deploy anti-air artillery to combat attack choppers, and attack choppers to destroy an envoy of tanks. Earn experience and level up, earning fame and gold. Recruit new commanders and expand your tactical arsenal, unlocking new units and restoring your home-base. Build new structures, such as Gunship Zone, to upgrade your unit's DPS and HP. Then test your luck in PvP and decide the fate of a world drenched in war.

Development History / Background:
Tom Clancy's EndWar Online is developed by Ubisoft. The game launched its Alpha phase on June 26, 2014, and participants had to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). The extensive Alpha lasted until August 27, 2015 when the game's Beta phase launched (as game version 0.6.0). The Alpha server reopened on November 03, 2015 for players to test future versions of the game before being pushed to the Beta client. Tom Clancy's EndWar Online fully released through Steam on December 03, 2015. The game was shut down on October 31, 2016.
