Sword Coast Legends Overview
Sword Coast Legends is a 3D RPG set in the Forgotten Realms universe, a campaign from Dungeons & Dragons. Following the fifith edition rule-set of the tabletop game, players create a personalized character by choosing from five races and six distinct classes. Defeat the monsters that inhabit Faerûn by employing party-based tactical combat and advance through the game's epic campaign. Team up with friends to tackle dungeons or challenge each other in the first-of-its-kind Dungeon Master mode (DM). In DM mode one player becomes the Dungeons Master and guides 4 players into the depths of a customized adventure, using traps and deploying enemies to challenege players along the way.

Development History / Background:
Sword Coast Legends is developed by Florida-based video game studio n-Space in collaboration with Digital Extremes. The game was originally announced with a release date for September 08, 2015, but was then delayed until September 29. Another delay pushed the game's release date back until October 20, 2015. Sword Coast Legends will also release for Playstation 4 and Xbox One sometime in Q1 2016. President of n-Space and director of Dragon Age: Origins Dan Tudge is directing Sword Coast Legends, while composer Inon Zur—who composed music for Dragon Age: Origins and Fallout 3—composed music for the game. The game shut down on July 25, 2018.
