Otherland Overview

Otherland is a science fiction MMORPG based on the novel series by Tad Williams of the same name. Customize your character and choose from one of 4 distinct classes designed to serve a role in combat: Warrior, Assassin, Marksman, or Energizer. Players can customize their appearence with a wide variety of options to distinguish their avatar. Because Otherland takes place in a digital atmosphere, everything in the game is made of eDNA, enabling players to learn crafting recipes by analyzing their own code to construct items and even NPC's. Every players has their own virtual home that can be customized, and serves as a factory for churning out the game's main resource, Soma. Players can attack player-owned homes, and the only way to protect your abode is to craft creatures by cloning their eDNA. Or, found a clan with friends to share resources and wage war against other player coalitions.

Otherland Key Features:

• 4 Classes - choose from one of 4 classes designed to suit a role in a party: Warrior, Assassin, Marksman, or Energizer.
• Player Housing - every player has their own digital home in Uspace, that can be decorated and customized, and serves as focal point for PvP.
• Clan Warfare - form an alliance with friends to share eDNA clones, and wage war against other clans to expand and defend your territory.
• Action Combat - aim directly at creatures using your mouse, while moving with WASD and using skills wisely to optimize your attacks.
• Distinct Crafting - beyond crafting items and gear to aid you, craft NPC's from eDNA to protect your home from player-raiders.
