Guns and Robots Overview
Masthead Studios presents Guns and Robots, a free-to-play third person shooter where players can create and customize robots for battle. Enter the Garage, where players assemble fighters from various parts and modules. Battles take place in the Arena, where players can choose from three maps to engage in 5v5 fights with no respawning. Loot is given in the the form of Crates, which can be unlocked with varying chances of success. There is also an Achievements System, for players to unlock free in-game items/currency, along with a Guild System. Players can visit the Shop to buy parts and modules with the in-game currency (Credits) and the currency (Sparks).

Development History / Background:
Guns and Robots is developed and published by Masthead Studios. It was eleased for closed beta testing in October of 2012. Game developers say that the initial concept of the game came in 2011. After a few months of closed beta testing, Guns and Robots was then released for open beta testing in January of 2013. The game was released as a free-to-play third person shooter on August 4, 2014. The game was developed using the Unity engine.
