Brawl of Ages Overview
Brawl of Ages is a free to play Collectible Card Arena game that is heavily inspired by Clash Royale. Players craft decks of 10 cards and face off in 1v1 matches that involve fast-paced, real time gameplay. The game mixes elements of several genres including RTS, MOBA, RPG, and TD (tower defense) to craft a highly competitive, yet still casual friendly experience. Unlike the mobile game it copies, Brawl of Ages is not pay-to-win, players don't have to collect thousands of copies of a card to keep leveling it up. Once a card is unlocked, its yours forever!

Development History / Background:
Brawl of Ages is the sixth PC title by Kalamazoo, Michigan based studio S2 Games. Following the commercial failure of Strife, their latest MOBA project in 2015, S2 Games partnered with BNA Studios to build a PC version of popular mobile game Clash Royale. Many of the engine assets developed for Strife were used in Brawl of Ages. The game was first announced in January 2017, quickly followed by a Closed Beta a month later and Early Access release on Steam in April. Brawl of Ages was shut down in 2018 when the publisher S2 Games was closed.
