Worlds Adrift Developer Bossa Studios Secures $10M Investment
Worlds Adrift, has recently secured a $10 million Series A investment from their latest investment round led by London-based international investment firm Atomico, with the participation of London Venture Partners, the studios existing investors. Atomico co-founder Mattias Ljungman and Executive-in-Residence Alexis Bonte will both be ing Bossa Studio’s board.
“This new round of funding will be used to cement the future success of the studio, ing its recruitment of top talent that will help define Bossa’s strategic focus on AI, Generated Content and Open Development, as the studio also prepares to launch Worlds Adrift to the public, the first ever game to be built on Improbable’s SpatialOS platform.”

Worlds Adrift is a PvP-centric sandbox MMORPG where players build ships and explore a vast world of player-made floating islands. The game is currently in Closed Beta on Steam.
