Quake Champions' Stealthy Champion Nyx Showcased In New Trailer

Bethesda Softworks published the first Quake Champions Champion showcase trailer today, which focuses on the stealthy Champion Nyx. Ultimately, there are two major facets to this reveal: we now know how a specific champion works, but we also now know how champions work in general. Many have been concerned about the way that a "Champion" with "abilities" would fit into the classic Quake formula.

The way it seems that it will work is that each character will have one active and one ive ability. Nyx's abilities focus on allowing her to stealthily make her way around the map. Her ive allows her to wall jump, whereas her active ability, "Ghost Walk," allows her to temporarily become both invisible and invulnerable.
