Pantheon: Rise Of The Fallen Says Its Already Seeing Benefits From 247 And The Art Style Revamp

Visionary Realms continues to talk up the new 247 extraction mode on the original game’s development.

“We are still gathering tester data on the game mode specifically, but have found it incredibly useful for fast-tracking updates, , and fixes,” the studio reports. “The benefit of this is production at a pace we have not been able to achieve previously. This test mode, in addition to the art change, has allowed for solid forward momentum to be made to the MMORPG.”

The studio further revealed recent updates made to the extraction mode which included the addition of character statuses and states like poison, bleed, and daze. They’ve also added the Paladin class, extended the extraction timer to two hours, and introduced more crafting and gathering updates than they could list.

Visionary Realms has also posted a progress tracker to allow players to track Pantheon: Rise of the Fallen’s development themselves. The tracker will be updated on a weekly basis and is likely in response to concerns that the new extraction mode may end up delaying the main game rather than speeding up its development as the studio claims.

For now, it looks like its full steam ahead for the Pantheon dev team. We’ll keep you posted on any new developments and other MMO news.
