Palia Confirms Steam Launch In 2024 And Dives Into Its Core Gameplay Skills
Palia is opening its cozy, colorful community to a wider audience as Singularity 6 prepares to launch the free-to-play MMO on Steam. The Steam version is expected to launch sometime next year and will run alongside the existing PC and Nintendo Switch clients.
Singularity 6 has yet to narrow down the extremely vague launch window, but the game’s Steam page is now live in preparation for its arrival on the platform. Meanwhile, the team has penned a new dev blog that offers a sneak peek at its core gameplay systems and some of the key activities that players can engage in, including foraging, mining, gardening, hunting, fishing, cooking, insect catching, and house decorating.
“With a game so full of things to do - houses to decorate, stories to explore, and fascinating people to meet - it can be hard to figure out where you want to start,” touts the studio. “What ties all of these things together? From making delicious food to building a beautiful couch, it’s your skills that come into play all across Palia, and are a near-constant part of the game.”
You can check out the full dev blog on the Palia Steam page. You can also wishlist the game while you’re there.
