Otherland Early Access Price, Other Details Released

In a Steam Community update from Monday, the team at Drago Entertainment outline several—rather general, I might add—details about Otherland's Early Access phase. The most important detail that you probably want to know is that Early Access will start at about €19. Other tiers include the Deluxe Edition at €28 and the Collector's Edition at €45, although details about these tiers have not been announced yet. There will be no monthly fees and all money earned from Early Access will be put back into development. Optional DLC packs including outfits, alternative animations, and a few extra quests will be made available later on in Early Access.

Other important details include the fact that the story is a sequel to the books—they promise they didn't botch it!—and that PvP is of the flagged variety unless you are in the Hacker Zone, where it is forced. Your beta , if you had one, is no longer available due to Steam integration but you will be receiving a special gift in return for testing. Supposedly new content is already planned for next month, as well.
