Monster Hunter World Iceborne Expansion Launches On Thursday, Patch Notes Now Out

Monster Hunter World on Thursday, you might want to take a look at what exactly the new Iceborne expansion has to offer. The official patch notes for the expansion is now live on the game’s official site.

The Iceborne expansion features an all-new storyline that picks up where the main game left off. Players will journey to Hoarfrost Reach, a snow-covered locale that presents a host of new challenges for hunters including the new horned brute wyvern, Banbaro, and the snow shark Beotodus.

The expansion will also introduce the new Master Rank quest tier that significantly increases the difficulty and ferocity of both new and existing monsters. All weapon types will also get new combos and elements along with the ability to add Pendants to weapons and use the Slinger even while the main weapon is drawn.
