Marvel Future Fight’s Enter The Phoenix Update Sees The Return Of The Phoenix Force

The Phoenix Force returns to Marvel Future Fight with new content inspired by Marvel Comics’ new Avengers: Enter the Phoenix event. Captain America, Wolverine, and Hyperion each have new “Enter the Phoenix” costumes waiting to be unlocked.

“The planet-burning cosmic firebird known as the Phoenix Force has returned—and the world’s greatest heroes and villains are drawn into a globe-spanning battle to become its new host! In the distant past of One Million B.C.E., one young girl's only crime was being born with red hair… and her destiny will change human history forever. Who will be the all-new Phoenix?”

The latest game update also introduces the new Artifact system which will allow players to strengthen their favorite Marvel characters using Artifacts, new equipment that enhance different attributes depending on which character they’re equipped on. “Each in-game character has an exclusive Artifact that impart a special ive skill once equipped,” explains Netmarble. “If a character equips a non-character-specific artifact, they still have access to attribute bonuses given by the item.”

Unwanted Artifacts can also be broken down into Celestial Essence that can then be used to enhance the attribute bonuses of other Artifacts.
