Life Is Feudal: MMO Potentially Relaunching With Long Tale Games As Publisher

Medieval sandbox MMO January 2021 followed by the Chinese servers just a few months ago in October. The title has apparently been picked up by a new publisher called Long Tale Games.

“Long Tale Games (LTG) is a publisher whose name speaks for itself — find old and new long-story games under a new sauce!” reads the publisher’s website. “We are a ionate team set on uniting dozens of talented game studios under the umbrella of one modern publisher. That’s why we are actively taking measures to advance the video game industry by publishing games of our own and third-party projects.” The studio has expressed interest in working with Web3 companies.

A new Life is Feudal: MMO Discord channel is now available for those who are interested. The team promises to share more information about the relaunch as soon as they’ve had time to settle down. The original channel has also seen a recent flurry of activity following news of the relaunch.

In addition to the possible return of Life is Feudal, Snail Games has also filed a public offering with the SEC as they put 3 million shares of their stock up for sale. The filing mentions a partnership with Life is Feudal developer Bitbox to produce Life is Feudal 2. No other details were shared about the project except that it will be another medieval survival sandbox game.
