Halo Infinite Announces Season 3 And Its ‘Biggest Multiplayer Update’
A slew of new content is making its way to Halo Infinite for those who aren’t quite done with the multiplayer shooter just yet. Season 3: Echoes Within kicks off on March 7th and will launch alongside what Xbox Game Studios describes as the game’s “biggest multiplayer update.”
The new season will bring with it a new 100-level battle , three new maps, new weapons and gear, and a new escalation slayer mode. The new mode will apparently pit players against each other to rack up the most number of kills.
Season 3 will also introduce several new community-made Forge levels, including one where players fight it out in a dorm room as toy Spartans, and the ability for players to earn XP while playing on player-made maps.
