Gameloft Partners With Wizards Of The Coast On New D&D Multi-Platform Survival Life Sim
Mobile games developer and publisher Gameloft is looking to follow Disney Dreamlight Valley with another life sim for PC and consoles. After partnering with Disney, the studio has now teamed up with Wizards of the Coast to develop a new Dungeons and Dragons game.
The game will take place in the Forgotten Realms and promises a cooperative experience that blends survival and life sim mechanics. Details are understandably scarce at the moment as Gameloft is still in the hiring stage but we’ll be sure to keep an eye out for any tidbits of information that the studio drops along the way.
“Players can expect an adventure where the rich lore of this legendary franchise meets real-time survival in a unique campaign of resilience, camaraderie, and danger at nearly every turn. Stay tuned!” the studio teased.
We're thrilled to announce we're partnering with the world’s greatest roleplaying game – @Wizards_DnD – from @Wizards of the Coast, the IP-holder and a division of @Hasbro, to publish a new PC and console game!@GameloftMTL, the creators behind the award-winning Disney… pic.twitter.com/MpDqN3uiLO
