Fractured Online Sales In Asia Paused Indefinitely Due To Latency Issues In The Region

It’s been a little over a month since Early Access on Steam. Since then, the open-world sandbox MMORPG has continued to receive regular updates from Dynamight Studios, including the recent addition of World Events. The studio, however, continues to receive complaints about latency issues in Asia, prompting it to temporarily suspend game sales in the region.

Dynamight assures Asian players that they intend to resolve the issue but don’t have the necessary resources to do so at this time. The developers also acknowledged the fact that pausing sales doesn’t fix the problems but it does give them some breathing room until they can provide a better experience for players in the region. Those who’ve already purchased the game will still be able to play on the existing servers although there’s nothing to be done for the latency issues at the moment.

Meanwhile, development continues on Fractured Online with new content and features scheduled for release in the months and weeks leading up to the game’s full release this winter, including the addition of the Demon race later this year.
