Black Desert Online Kicks Off Halloween Events And Celebrates 10 Year Anniversary

Pearl Abyss has announced a series of Halloween-themed events for Black Desert on PC and console, starting today, October 17, 2024. These events are part of a broader celebration marking the game’s 10th anniversary on December 17, offering players exclusive rewards and activities through the end of the year.

Halloween Events Overview:

  • The Ghost of Ash Forest: From October 17 to November 7 on PC and until November 14 on console, players can battle the eerie Volkras in monster zones to earn in-game currency, gear progression items, and buffs.
  • Find the Real Spook: Also running from October 17 to November 7 on PC and November 14 on console, this quest involves hunting a genuine ghost in Heidel, rewarding participants with Benighted Badges for item exchanges, including the Barnas Transformation Scroll.
  • Black Spirit’s Spooky Adventure: Available until November 14, this dice game features Halloween themes and offers Creepy Goody Bags with valuable in-game items.
  • Spooky Halloween Events & Daily Special : Extending until December 12, these events provide daily rewards such as Spook Transformation Scrolls and new Daily Tokens. A Daily Special available in the Pearl Shop unlocks additional benefits and exclusive rewards.

Black Desert Online is also celebrating it's 10th anniversary on December 17.

10th Anniversary Celebrations:

  • Exclusive Rewards Event: Starting today and continuing until December 24 for PC and December 26 for console, players can collect special seals from NPCs daily, redeemable for exclusive items like J’s Hammer, Cron Stones, and the Mythical Censer.

Additionally, Black Desert Mobile will introduce its own set of Halloween events next week, promising unique rewards for mobile players.

This festive season in Black Desert is filled with unique opportunities for both new and returning players to engage in celebratory content and gain special rewards as the game commemorates a decade of adventures.

Despite being nearly a decade old, Black Desert Online remains one of the most popular MMORPGs on PC on Steam, averaging 11,400 players online over the last 30 days.
