Action MMORPG Wild Buster: Heroes of Titan Begins Steam Early Access
Buy to Play action MMORPG Wild Buster: Heroes of Titan launched onto Steam early access today and is currently on sale for $19.99 (20% off). The game has already went through numerous rounds of closed alpha testing and while it's only in early access, the game's Steam page suggests its more of an "open beta" than an early access product.
Wild Buster Action Combat
The core gameplay in Wild Buster is a lot like NCSoft. Combat is fast paced features and features a top-down Diablo style camera angle. Like MxM, most skills in Wild Buster must be manually aimed and most oncoming attacks can be dodged with quick reflexes.
Given the rise of free to play over the years time will tell whether Wild Buster can survive as a buy to play title. Insel Games, Wild Buster's publisher, also publishers Path of Exile like ARPG which only averages ~41 players online at any given time. Wild Buster is off to a fairly slow launch as the game only has ~110 players online (and rising) as I write this.
