Moonrise is a brightly colored 3D pet collecting online RPG where players can capture, train, and battle creatures, called Solari. The game bills itself as a real-time tactical creature battler and is available for PC, Mac, and mobile systems.

Moonrise Overview
Moonrise is set in a colorful world where a mysterious event called "The Moonrise" periodically occurs and causes chaos to grip the world. The event transforms peaceful creatures, called Solari, into wild uncontrollable Lunari, who ravage nearby villages. Players take on the role of a Warden, those that capture, train, and battle Solari, in order to protect the world. Moonrise is one of the few pet battling MMOs.

Development History / Background:
Moonrise was developed by the American game studio Undead Labs, which is based in Seattle, Washington. Moonrise was first announced to the world on August 4, 2014 as a creature collection RPG for mobile devices, but later in development decided to go multi-platform and launch on the PC through Steam. Undead Labs announced on August 28, 2016 that Moonrise will not be commercially released.
