US Law Firm Files Class-Action Lawsuit Against CD Projekt Red Over Cyberpunk 2077

PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The Rosen Law Firm filed the lawsuit last week seeking to recover damages on behalf of the company’s shareholders.

According to full refunds which have negatively impacted the studio’s reputation.

The Rosen Law Firm is a New York-based firm that specializes in handling corporate misconduct and securities fraud, the same firm that handled the Activision Blizzard class-action lawsuit back in 2019.

A Polish attorney is also considering filing a lawsuit against CD Projekt Red in the studio’s home country.
