The Division Kicks Off Month-Long 2nd Birthday Celebration
The Division is now two years old! Ubisoft is celebrating the event with a nifty little infographic showing off some interesting numbers. 20 million players have played the game since it launched in March 2016, which, according to the infographic is twice the population of Sweden. Check out the rest of the numbers below.
As part of the celebration, Ubisoft will also be running a whole month of in-game events.
The Division’s second birthday is almost here, and we think there is no better way to celebrate than with some Global Event and Twitch Drop madness! We are excited to say that throughout the entire month of March, Global Events will be on rotation each weekend with the following schedule:
Outbreak
- Start Date/Time: March 1st, 17:00 UTC
- End Date/Time: March 5th, 08:00 UTC
Assault
- Start Date/Time: March 8th, 12:00 UTC
- End Date/Time: March 12th, 08:00 UTC
Strike
- Start Date/Time: Match 15th, 12:00 UTC
- End Date/Time: March 19th, 08:00 UTC
Ambush
- Start Date/Time: March 22nd, 12:00 UTC
- End Date/Time: March 26th, 08:00 UTC
The devs will also be holding Twitch Drops throughout the Month with cool rewards up for grabs the longer you watch the Stream. Simply link your Ubisoft with your Twitch to be eligible for the rewards.
