Star Trek Online Season 31: Both Worlds Begins On January 23 On PC

Star Trek Online will be kicking off its 31st season later this month with the arrival of its Both Worlds update on PC on January 23. The season will pick up from where the storyline left off last season with the tearing of the Reality Vortex and will send players into the heart of the Mirror Borg Unicomplex where the Borg King awaits.

“In this new update, you’ll need to infiltrate the Mirror Borg Unicomplex, a technological labyrinth guarded by relentless Borg, to sever the vortex and save the multiverse. At the heart of this nightmare awaits the Borg King, the architect of this multiversal threat. Will you prevail against impossible odds and rewrite the fate of reality?”

The narrative will revolve around several key characters, including iral Kuumaarke (Kipleigh Brown), Star Trek: Voyager’s Harry Kim (Garret Wang), and Deep Space Nine’s Ezri Dax (Nicole de Boer). The new season will also feature the new Scorpion’s Abyss episode, the Battle of Wolf 359 task force operation, and the King and Collective event with a T6 ship up for grabs.

Unfortunately, console players will have to wait until March 12 before they’ll be able to jump into the new season. That’s a 7-week wait. Yikes! Hopefully, the Star Trek Online’s 14th anniversary event will be enough to tide console s over until then.
