SMITE Horses Around With Chiron

The new patch for SMITE on November 17 promises to add a lot of new content for fans of the third person mythology based MOBA.

First off, Chiron, a god based off of Greek mythology will be added to the game’s roster. Players will get to take control of a rugged and armored centaur with the ability to deal out massive damage, while also tanking with his self-healing abilities. Chiron looks like he has the opportunity to bring a lot to his team as a bruiser or a full tank.

Along with the new patch comes several new skins. Chiron, Khepri, Janus, Bellona, Ah Puch and Scylla will get new skins ranging from recolors to holiday themed to mech styled designs.

Perhaps one of the most exciting parts of the new patch will be an entirely new map and gameplay mode entitled, “Clash.” Aimed as a more laidback casual mode, teams of five will pit against onee another to push down the enemy Titan. It will feature two lanes and will be a mix of fast paced combat averaging 20 minutes per game. The limited time game mode will only be available until December 1st as developers use the opportunity to gather widescale on the new game mode before implementing final changes.

Be sure to check in on November 17 to get a first hand look at the new god, skins and map.
