Robocraft Introduces Mechs And Leagues

Robocraft has just received a major update that, surprisingly enough, isn't Halloween-themed. Entitled "League of Mechs," the new update brings in new "mech legs" parts and Leagues. Mech legs rank from Mk1 to MkX and have multiple connection points for "additional toughness." They also have electroplates built in for some damage absorption. The trade-off is that they have a high U cost and low-medium speed.

Leagues have been introduced using the "Battle Arena format." They have an "added matchmaking algorithm" and include several different ranks: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Protonium. Players must earn five stars in a given league—by improving their rank with wins—in order to progress to the next one. Rewards include badges to place on your robots and bragging rights.
