PlanetSide 2’s Arsenal Update Hits Consoles, Adds Thousands Of New Weapon Setups

PlanetSide 2’s weapon-laden Arsenal update is now live on PlayStation 4, giving players on the console access to a huge collection of new weapons and gear, including over 800 new attachments. Existing attachments have also been made to work with more weapons allowing for even more weapon setups.

The massive update also introduces new Basilisk weapons for each faction’s main battle tanks along with new faction-specific mines, and class-specific grenades. Directive Weapons, infantry, and vehicles have also been tweaked for balance, including significant buffs to the Valkyrie gunship and Chimera battle tank.

The Black Market has also been updated with the new SPRK-33's Stomper anti-vehicle weapon which can now be purchased using Daybreak Cash along with other Black Market weapons. Players can also progress through a new Specialty directive tree by using weapons purchased from the Black Market.

Also, Legacy NSO Outfits that have yet to align themselves with a faction can now do so in line with last year’s game-changing NSO _Integration update.
