MapleStory 2’s Chinese Version Prepares To Shut Its Doors In November
Unfortunately for Nexon expires.
In preparation for the game’s closure, new-player registrations and currency sales have been disabled as of yesterday while the Chinese forums and customer will remain operational up until November 7th. Any unused currency will have already been converted to a corresponding compensation package that players will be able to use until the servers inevitably go dark.
With the MapleStory 2’s Chinese version shutting down, the only remaining fully-operational version of the game is the original Korean release, but even that has apparently been relegated to maintenance mode.
