Playpark announced that they will be shutting down the Southeast Asian version of En Masse it does show that the game simply wasn't "good enough" to make it in SEA. While the Global version of the game through EnMasse does have IP blocks in place for SEA, perhaps the game's closure in the region will allow them to lift those restrictions, but we'll have to wait and see.
