Gwent Closed Beta Registration To End This Weekend

CD Projekt Red announced today that, in preparation for the game's Public Beta, Gwent Closed Beta registration will end this weekend. Those who do not obtain and activate a Closed Beta invite by this weekend will not be able to play until the Public Beta begins, but those who have obtained and activated a code will be able to continue playing for the for time being.

CD Projekt Red Development Director Benjamin Lee had the following to say about the announcement.

Throughout Closed Beta, we’ve reworked and added a huge amount of features and mechanics to GWENT. Balance changes, numerous tweaks of how cards work and how the game flows; additional cards, a new faction and ranked play — it was an amazing ride and GWENT’s community was with us all the way. I’d like to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart for the hours invested.

Those who are interested in ing Gwent's ongoing Closed Beta can via the official website until registration ends this weekend. More details about the Public Beta are set to be revealed sometime next week.
