Exoprimal Is Kicking Off A Monster Hunter Crossover Event Alongside Season 3’s Launch
The mighty Rathalos will be ing the swarms of dinosaur wreaking havoc in Exoprimal as part of the PvPvE shooter’s Monster Hunter crossover event. The event will kick off alongside the start of Season 3 on January 14th, 2024 and will feature a new Monster Hunter-inspired mission and Exofighter cosmetics.
“The Exoprimal x Monster Hunter collaboration includes a ferocious new mission where Leviathan conjures a Rathalos and swarms of Velociprey for a combat test unlike any other,” Capcom teased. “Exofighters must forces in the Spacetime Abyss and hunt as a team to survive against the iconic fire-breathing “King of the Skies” in a 10-player co-op boss battle.”
For their troubles, players will have the chance to snag a Nergigante skin for Barrage, a Rathalos skin for Murasame, a Rajang skin for Roadblock, and a Kirin skin for Skywave.
In addition to Monster Hunter-themed content, Season 3 will also feature a new jungle map, a Neo Triceratops boss fight, four new Beta Exosuit variants, and several new rigs and modules. Looking ahead to Season 4, players can expect a new 10-player co-op challenge mode and custom matches that will allow players to customize their match experience with friends.
