Elite Dangerous In-Person Community Meet-Up Tickets Now On Sale, Proceeds Go To Charity
Elite Dangerous players are cordially invited to an in-person community meet-up event on December 10th at Cambridge, UK. Attendees will be able to rub shoulders with the game’s community managers, Arthur, Bruce, Sally, and Zac, as well as other special guests from the Frontier Developments dev team.
Due to the ongoing pandemic and the looming threat of yet another variant, the event will be limited to 100 participants. Attendees are also strongly advised to follow COVID-19 safety precautions such as being tested 48 hours prior to the event, maintaining physical distancing, and following personal hygiene guidelines, including wearing face coverings although they’re not mandatory.
If you’re interested, tickets are now on sale at Eventbrite for £32.93 (roughly $44). Tickets will include entry to the intimate event, food, bar access, a raffle entry, and a code to redeem skins for a selection of ships. All proceeds will go to SpecialEffect, a UK-based charity that helps people and children with disabilities play video games.
Event details can be found on the Elite Dangerous official forums.
