Bandai Namco Pushes Back Blue Protocol’s Launch To The Next Few Years

It’s been Blue Protocol and silence can be rather worrying when it comes to game development. If you’re wondering about the state of the game, you’re in for a big disappointment as the studio’s online titles have seemingly been put on the backburner for the time being.

Bandai Namco General Manager for Development Hiroshi Yoshida recently-revealed that online games like Blue Protocol will be arriving in the next few years after 2022. According to the translated statement, the delay is due to a restructuring of the studio’s development process and its team of developers to better align them with one another.

“Currently we are still improving the game, and evaluating all the from the s gained during the playtests throughout 2019 and 2020,” said Executive Producer Soukichi Shimooka in a separate dev blog. “Our team is working its best to not betray our own policy, and to meet and exceed these expectations.”
