Blue Protocol Drops New 10-Minute Gameplay Trailer And A New Dev Stream

With Blue Protocol’s western launch now a shining beacon on the horizon, all eyes are on the game and its impending launch in Japan. In Bandai Namco’s latest developer stream, the team shared details about the Japanese server’s single shard setup, small-scale testing leading up to the game’s launch, and the business model that they’ll be using which will include a seasonal and microtransactions via the game’s cash shop.

The PC version of the highly-awaited MMORPG will officially launch in Japan in spring 2023 just a few months ahead of its promised western release in the second half of 2023. The game will also be launching on consoles in Japan that same year with cross-play still up for consideration.
